The 25 million square feet project is also Sharjah’s first master planned community, which has been carefully designed to create a conducive living and working environment for the community to prosper. When completed, the development will be home to around 65,000 residents.

A 94,121 sq metres shopping mall will serve as the destination’s key retail facility.
